CustomerLabs + Facebook Custom Audiences
Maximise the Facebook ads investment by setting up your Facebook pixel right. With CustomerLabs Action Recorder you can set up Facebook pixel with a few clicks, once you have your customers behavior data inside Facebook create custom audience to retarget them based on the behavior. Segment your customers based on their behavior and retarget them with personalised ads on Facebook.
1. Log in to your Facebook Ads Manager
2. Choose the right Facebook ad account
3. Create a pixel if you haven’t already done so.
4. Give a name to your pixel
5. Click Set Up Pixel
6. Click Copy and paste the code
7. Note down the Pixel ID
8. Login to your CustomerLabs account
9. Navigate to the “Integrations” section on the home page and select it
10. You will be taken to integrations page
11. Search and select Facebook from the list
12. You will see a pop up screen click Subscribe and then click on configuration settings
13. Enter your Facebook Pixel and click save changes
14. You have completed the integration of Facebook Pixel ID with your CustomerLabs account.
